This one hour workshop will help you learn 3 breathing techniques to feel revitalized plus breathe comfortably attaining more oxygen & energy. Breathing helps to renew, restore & refresh your mind, body & spirit.

Feet Treat

Reflexology Workshop

This relaxing & restful two hour workshop will discuss & explore the practice of reflexology giving you an opportunity to learn techniques to manipulate & massage your feet. Reflexology reflects areas in the feet & hands corresponding to all the glands, organs & parts of the body. Applying thumb & finger pressure to these reflex areas will help to relieve stress & tension, improve nerve & blood supply, balance the body, mind & spirit to “feel good.” Once your personal “feet treat” is complete, you will partner with another attending the workshop or a spouse/friend, learning how to give & receive a foot massage. Gift yourself a memorable treat by getting “up close & personal” with your feet.
