Create a Class for Prenatal Yoga


Host your own prenatal yoga class providing the space plus scheduling a time & date for Jennifer to come & teach yoga postures, breathing practices, massage & more to you & your friends. This class will help you to “feel good” providing tools & techniques throughout your pregnancy plus during labor & delivery. Yoga allows you to bond with your baby calmly, restfully & quietly.

This class is recommended for pregnant women from 2nd trimester until birth, Mom’s groups, organizations & pregnant friends.

Jennifer Moore is a certified prenatal yoga instructor providing private & public instruction in the metropolitan area since 1997. She is also a certified infant massage teacher, a reflexologist & Reiki practitioner.
