Prenatal Yoga Class
This class unites mother & child, integrating the changes taking place physically, emotionally & spiritually during pregnancy. Yoga movements, postures & breathing practices prepare expectant mothers to have a more comfortable birthing experience through gentle stretching, toning and strengthening of the body. (Previous experience in yoga is not necessary. Recommended for women from their 2nd trimester to birth. If you need to eat, eat something light 1 hour prior to class.)
