I feel happier, more relaxed, more balanced, & focused. This class is a time for yourself & a time for you & the baby. You work out & integrate the baby into your workout. You meet other moms & bond, sharing good & bad baby experiences. But mostly you can find yourself again in this clan.

I truly enjoyed being able to take my first yoga class EVER! And being able to bring my baby too!! It’s something I’ll tell him about when he’s all grown up. I feel more at peace when I leave than when I arrive.

Lot’s of fun! It really helped my baby to grow & be independent. We learned some great poses for baby, which I have taught my husband. It was also wonderful to meet & get to know other mothers & babies.

A great mix of body awareness & baby time. While there were days that my baby would not allow me to participate, I thoroughly enjoyed it. A great way to get out of the house!
