Prenatal Yoga


This class exceeded my expectations. I felt so much better being in yoga class; I slept better, my back hurt less, I was more regular & I felt overall healthier. I’d recommend this class to every pregnant mom!

I participated in several sessions of your prenatal yoga class & it was the highlight of my week. It was a huge help & I felt much more prepared & confident when I went into labor. Labor & delivery wasn’t nearly as bad as I had expected. I really think a lot of it was because I felt so confident knowing I had different relief techniques we learned in your class.

Yoga definitely helped. I would have to admit that honestly I only used the child’s pose & breathing to get me through contractions but these two things saved me! I would definitely recommend it!!!

I (and my midwife) credit the Kegels (and squatting) for the “efficient” pushing! So, THANK YOU! Anything that shortens the pushing is beyond wonderful.
